Alcyone S3 Style coming soon...
Hey all...
Okay so one of my friends is headed over sea's for a few weeks so I gave him a list and photos of parts to get me, emblem, clear corners, glass head light (if the price is good), rear Alcyone garnish, Alcyone floor mats, ect... He is going to Bancock and is going to email me in a week with what he can get. He said that there are lots of subarus there and the prices of parts are lower then in Japan. If he can get hood emblems I will see if he can bring a few more back that way I have them if anyone is looking for one. I will keep you posted. If you are looking for one let me know so that I know how many to try and get, that is if he can get any parts at all. Later, Chris LOVE THIS CAR.

Keep in mind, the cars are Right Hand Drive... The floor mats wont fit. Also, the center console is shorter in the JDM models. The rear floor mats are connected in the center, so the rear ones will not fit a US model. The reason for the console being shorter is the JDM svx is a 5 passenger

Your full of all kinds of good info today. I thought about the drivers side being on the right side, but the only pict I could find of the SVX floor mats look like it would not matter if it was left or right. I really dont even care about the back seats. I have these crappy rubber floor mats now so. Later, Chris

Floor mats not the REAL problem
What about the RHD headlamps. I thought they where focused to a different part of the road. I'd love to replace my lenses with glass, but I thought LHD glass headlights where not available.

The part number for the Alcyone rear garnish is 84251PA000. The cost from Japan is 25,300JPY ($190.00US plus a commission of $24.00 plus air express shipping (about $58.00).
I deal directly with a parts supplier in Japan, who gets the parts directly from Subaru. Subaru in japan will not respond to parts requests from the U.S. If you go to the http://subarusvx.org site and click on Gallery and scroll to the bottom of the page (reading II) you can see the alcyone panel (and the boxer engine cover) on my 92 Pearlie.

This spoiler is also available from Japan, as is the original JDM spoiler (which is different from ours)
I GUARANTEE you will not see one like this at any future meet you may go to.

That's sweet.. You can find an identical-looking spoiler on the new Blitzen.. it's fun to find ways in which the SVX has influenced the design of new Subaru's.. if you look at a WRD the fender flares over the rear wheels in the same way it does on the SVX-that straight line is identical..
