Always remove a fuse and check for continuity . Sometimes they look perfect . I got burnt too many times by not doing that . I learned that the hard way. Checked a fuse visually, looked good and spent 2hours looking for trouble only to go back and find it was the fuse all along

found the source of the blown fuse, clutch pedal piece was starting to cut into the wiring harness :S

Don't you just love a happy ending?  A lot of patience and a little electrical tape and suddenly all is right in the world. Glad it was such a simple fix. .

My clutch pedal was starting to cut through the same bunch of wires, but luckily I caught it before anything happened.

wtvr got cut didnt affect anything that i knew of just a lot of stripped wired which when i clutched in blew the fuse under the hood.
took the pedals off and cut that piece off, dunno what that extension with the hole in it was for i'm guessing a resistance spring holder?
