another problem
I too have an order problem. I know it isn't your area of control, but I wanted you to know that I placed an order in February(I think) sometime and, well, nothing. I emailed the "Order Status" address that was on the old site and got no response at all. It makes me a little worried. My card was never charged, I don't think. All the info on this order is at work so I'll look at it again tomorrow for specifics. Just wanted to let someone else know about the problem.
