Walkin' On Water

Well, sorta.........

Thought you guys and gals would enjoy a couple of pic's of an SVX 'treading water'. Well, it's kind of hard right now-the water, that is- about 12+ inches worth. Not much snow, but boy do we have ice!!

My SVX w/ my new house in background

My SVX w/ 'temporary residences' in the background

Boy is it windy today!

Thumbs up

That is one pretty SVX you have, Mark! Congrats on the new home also. It looks beautiful! Have you ripped around on the lake yet and done 90mph donuts??

-Johnny (everyone has opinions but only northerners have iceholes)

Thanks, I've spent the last two years prepping and building- I played general contractor and did a lot of the work myself.

This was my first time driving on the ice this year. As you can see, there's not much snow, so the traction is pretty limited, so I didn't get too exuberant. It can be pretty cool, though, just slumming around on the biggest ice patch you've ever seen.

Bbbrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!! it's down to about -10 deg. F. (REAL- not 'windchill') right now and the wind is REALLY brisk, too! We'll probably add an inch or two tonight if this keeps up.
