I'll back off of him if all turns out cool, But from what I've seen of his ebay feedback and from some of the PM's I've gotten from people I still think he's up to no good and is in with slon if not actually him. If I get proved wrong, I'll apologize. If not, Told ya so.

As far as I am concerned Blueclaretsvx is a scam artist and I have been taken. After numerous promises to ship the tranny I bought from him he has disappeared off the radar screen. I have not heard a thing from him since Sunday and he has not responded to any emails or requests. (funny he has quit posting here as well after almost daily posts) I wish I would have seen the warnings before I bought the Tranny. I have processed a claim with Paypal and have given my credit Card Company the heads up. Can't believe this guy thinks he can actually get away with this, all this does is cause a lot of grieve and aggravation.

If the tranny actually shows up and I get proved wrong, I'll apologize. If Not - I got told.

OK, I guess I'll say it then. TOLD YA SO!!!!!!!! I hope people start trusting my instincts a little more now, Because they very rarely let me down. Now could we please have some members go pay this dude a visit and put the beat down on him? God I wish I lived closer to this little piece of ****!!!! I knew something was going wrong because he disappeared after posting nearly daily. I don't have time to do it right now, But somebody needs to alert Ebay about him. While Blueclaretsvx guy can't be trusted and is a piece of garbage. I can't say the same about the rest of the family. I received a full refund today from his Cousin. He had allowed BlueclaretSVX to use his Paypal account to receive payments for parts. He contacted me was very apologetic and made the refund in less then 12 hours. So this piece of garbage ends up abusing his own family and they cover for him. From what I understand from PM's and postings it's not the first time the family has covered for this guy. It's a shame that he is allowed to take advantage of them that way, but I guess they let it happen. I'm not so sure I would cover for a family member that is a constant abuser.

Thank You Cousin - I truly do appreciate your honesty, now cut the guy loose and let him deal with his own $%&t.

He should write it either:I have scammed nobody or I have never scammed somebody... but I have never scammed nobody = 2 negatives = 1 positive...

I just hope you don't go through the ordeal of installing it if it ever shows up. That tranny is blown. It was then, and it is now.

And he just isn't too bright. He kind of reminds me of the Hitchhiker's guide to the Galaxy where that monster was so mind boggling dumb, that he thought if you couldn't see it, then it must not be able to see you. All regulars see him clearly, and he still plays.

Now he's richie_hathaway on the Yahoo site, and there are just enough members that doesn't know about him, that he'll pull it off again!

I never post on that site, I just read. I haven't posted there since I bought the 92 from a member there. When was that? Like 18 months or so? Longer?

So I really don't feel comfortable posting on the site out of the blue and making accusations toward someone. It will no doubt be taken out of context, and aggravate the moderators since I don't have certain proof. And since he just joined on 05 July, there isn't enough history yet. I could be wrong and the guy be innocent.

I doubt it. He joins, immediately says he just wrecked the car within 24 hours, and then starts offering a part out to the members. But still... no solid proof as of yet. It's only been a couple of days.

So.... embarrassingly enough , I haven't uttered a word.
