Talking SVX loves knows no bounds; I made a tribute video of mine!

So obviously it's tough to contain excitement about our cars. Well, I had some free time the other day and thought it might be fun to throw a little promo/tribute video together of my Laguna. The video WOULD look awesome, but youtube's conversion process kinda sorta bastardized the quality. Hopefully it still works for you guys though, it was just a random idea that I thought could be fun.

Feel free to go comment on it too or something, my username over on youtube is "gr8dane6" haha yes I had to throw a number at the end cuz somebody out there thinks they're a better "Gr8Dane" than me...you be the judge.

to watch it: (i've put a new version of it up, so connent the hell out of it or something because seeing the counter go back to zero on it made me sad!)

to download the 277mb .MOV file in h.264 format:

or download this far more band-friendly 35mb AVI file in XviD format: (Courtesy of Nomake Wan)

enjoy!

Great video, it looks very professional. On a more important note...... That is a beautiful SVX, it's very clean and well manicured.

I stumbled onto a guy who figured out how to upload full-quality stuff onto YouTube... I'll be using his method from now on, since it works...

http://youtube.com/watch?v=l1b7cx6XhLA

He gives a link in the video's description to a download of the video as well as the codes that are displayed in it. Pretty neat stuff.

That said, that was a GREAT video!!! I wanted to do something similar with some of my friends' cars. Good to see someone pull it off.

ah, you're very welcome sir!

and hopefully once it's all downloaded, then you can perhaps convert it for me? that would be fan-frickin-tastic for my youtube

also for those who hadn't seen it, I posted the download link on my first post of this thread as well back on the first page.

And I have another neat little gift. This time, it's a more bandwidth-friendly version of the downloadable file. This one's stats are:

Container: AVI
Video: XviD 512x384 1500 kbps
Audio: MP3 192 kbps 44.1 KHz
Filesize: 35 MB

http://www.sendspace.com/file/a6xat6

Have fun.
