They're 18" Enkei RS6's. I've put over 60,000 miles on them and can vouch for their quality and durability.
If by profile you mean mean offset, I'm pretty sure that it's 38mm.
My winter wheels/tires are a set of 18" Nissan Murano takeoffs.

I received the Grille, and am quite happy with it! It is exactly as described, looks like new.

I tried it for some number of months before finding a permanent method of cleaning the headlights and stock grille to like new condition. Now I'm back to liking the stock look, that's all.
