Not again!
Sorry about this, but I want to do one more poll.
 Last time it looked like Oct 18th was the best for everyone, but now I want to throw one November date into the mix just to see if we can get a better response or if that November date won't work for as many people.For those out of state/far away: I've been putting a lot of planning and research into this and it should be a top notch event. I'm prepared to help out with finding various lodging options for Friday and/or Saturday night, etc. If a "big meet" is your criteria for deciding to come or not, keep in mind a meet can only get big by having lots of participation. Most of you that have been around these forums any amount of time know about the famous Reading Meet held every spring back east. It's the biggest SVX event held every year in the U.S. and people come from hundreds of miles away to attend. There are probably only a handful of members that actually live within a couple hours of the meet location, the rest just make the trek because they tried it one year, and liked it so much they made it a tradition. It started fairly small, and has just grown year after year because most people consider it THE SVX event of the year. Problem is, it is on the East coast, so most of the country doesn't get to be part of THE event of the year. Time for some serious big time West Coast events. I'm not saying this particular meet is going to be an instant Reading, and I'm definitely not expecting every big West Coast event to happen near Seattle. I'm just stepping up this particular time to put in the hours to make this something special. Just how special it actually turns out depends on who decides to show up.

I'll be out of town for my birthday the week of the 8th.
 Please please don't have it then, every time I miss a meet my car gets mad and breaks something. How about Nov 15th instead?

Im at SEMA every year in Las Vegas, so thats out for me
but the first or second weekend in Oct is usually open for me.
