Question what will happen if......

I just bought my first svx and am having it shipped over from california. I was reading through the T.S.Bs and it said for transport the vehicle should be placed in neutral with the parking brake firmly applied to prevent engine dammage, so I relayed the message to all necessary personnel to do this obviously important procedure for transport, they said no problem then. I recieved a phone call after the fact, saying that my car had been loaded and they could not follow my request to put the car in neutral with parking brake on they said it was too dangerous to let it travel that way,so what do I do, is it nothing to really worry about or should I tell them to unload it and find a different way????? What do I do. I did not actually talk to them, they left a message on my machine, it did say that the parking brake is applied and it is left in park...anyway I am left wondering and I need some advice, any is appreciated------thanks
