Binding or NOT binding?

Hrm. Okay, I'm in a dilemma. I'm not sure its binding at all. IT MIGHT be my power steering. See, here's whats confusing:

Alright, enter a parking lot. Slow sharp turns. I hear "thugathugathugathuga" as I turn the steering wheel and pull forward. However, once I quit TURNING the steering wheel, it goes away. But 4wd binding problems should happen if the car is moving, and the wheels are turned, correct??? So when I quit TURNING the wheel, and the sound stops, that means it MUST be part of the power steering system, right?!

I need to replace that O-ring today, I'll see if it goes away. :|

Dangit, I replaced the O ring and its still doing. Whats even MORE odd is the fact that it doesnt happen all the time. It seems to happen more during the last few turns of the steering wheel in the RIGHT direction. It seems better on the left. WTF could that be? It acts better going right, and when going left its only like the 2nd half of the total turning you can do left.

Anyone have any ideas?
