Re: "Rack and Pinion" question

I'm reviving this old thread hoping for some guidance. I have a 1992 LS-L (which to my understanding has the speed-controlled rack & pinion). I've been trying to find the right part online and in my searching I've found refurbished units that reference not having a sensor or being sensor ready (with or without solenoid). Which do I need for the '92 LS-L?

For example:

https://www.detroitaxle.com/shop/ste...svx-no-sensor/

Or there are these that apparently fit all models (but I'm wary of that):
