I just found out that the air bag lite on my dash means I have a bad air bag module. Anyone got a good one and how much. Thanks. Bill

Hey,
I used a hair dryer on the module for like 8 hours and it seemed to work. Good thing my wife was already pissed about the radiator..lol

Update

I'll be leaving on vacation Friday night for a week. I'll have minimal access to the intrAweb and won;t be shipping any parts out.

Just an FYI

Nice trip Bill. Second time to Oregon. My new nephew's doing well. Parents are a bit frazzled though. Weather was great, warm and sunny. Came home to 5F and 12" of snow at 1:30 am Saturday. Gotta love MI winters!

Subaru's were EVERYWHERE out there! Of course, coming from the land of the Big Three, my view of how many impoted cars there are on the roads may be a bit skewed. GLs, Loyales, Legacys, Imprezas...no XT's or SVXs spotted though .

Temperature control system part needed

Hello, I live a short ways away, in Ann Arbor. I'm looking for a servo motor that is part of the heater - A/C system. The servo motor is a rectangular plastic box 3" x 2" located right above the passengers left foot. It controls the air mixing door.

Would you be willing to remove the 3 screws that hold it on and disconnect the 2 wire linkages and sell it to me?

Please email me at craigk@kw.com

CraigK, we've "talked" via e-mail.

Update-the entire engine and wiring harness is gone. Everything from the intake resonator in the fender to the exhaust manifolds.

Things left from the tear down include:
-Headliner
-Sunroof (entire assembly plus motor)
-Entire rear suspension plus rear diff.
-Decklid plus spoiler and struts
-Passenger door plus components
-Rear glass (out soon)
-Oddball stuff (rear wiper motor, front wiper motor, ABS controller & pump, rear window motors and channels, passenger visor, etc)

The shell is leaving for the scrap yard soon.

Todd

Where's the "sheding a tear" smiley when you need it?
-Bill
p.s. does still having the rear suspension mean that certain strut measurements have or have not been made??
