Finally got mine done

After 3 tries I finally have it working. The wire that I tried to use originally was the problem. I picked up a different spool and now all is well. I used the same switch and copied the placement from Nevin. Thanks Nevin!!

Re: just "installed" power mode mod

Glad I could be of service.

On a sidenote, I got my magnaflow muffler and the quad exhaust tips put on today! I love, love, looooove how it sounds. Sounds.... ferrari-esque. Very throaty and sexy. Just thought I'd share.

Another switch option for POWER mode

Another PWR mode switch option is to use a 12V floor-mounted headlight dimmer switch, like the 50's and 60's cars used to have. Mount it up close to the dead pedal and engage/ disengage it at any time with the tap of your foot without taking your hands off the wheel.

A much easier and shorter wire run and no cutting of holes or switch modifications. True stealth.

They are readily available on Ebay HERE and HERE

awesome! that's way cool, I've never thought about that!

Also I love the clean look of your power mode switch, that's very clever the placement and just the clean look looks awesome!
