tranny cooler

Hi got a quick question for you guys,

My friend gave me a new tranny cooler from a grand national, it is a RP539 B&M Transmission Cooler. I was wondering does anyone know if that would fit an SVX. Does anyone know a sight that I could look and see. Thanks for your help.

Thanks
Jerad

While you guys are at it, I would like some general info on the tranny coolers that I have been hearing so much about, where I can get one, what kind I need, HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?, and how many headaches are involved in instal..... I was just thinking that I should probably have one eventually here since I'm pretty serious about keeping my SVX a top of the line machine(which won't be too easy with a fried tranny) Thanks again

Just click the search button above - there's been a lot of posts regarding coolers.

I'm running a HUGE B&M tranny cooler. The shop installed it as part of a package deal when they did my tranny, so i dont know what the cost was.

From what I've read most have paid around $100, maybe a bit more. If you want to do it yourself, plan on an hour or two. If you can't find a cooler at a reasonable price where you live try Summit Racing or www.bulkparts.com
