Strange tick tock noise
My 96 has a stange tick tock like noise coming from under the dash or steering wheel area. Like a turn signal sound. The sound is on again off again, happens anytime. Anybody have any ideas. Thanks.

That's the bomb in your tranny
 Does it make the noise with the ignition off?

Only with the ignition on. If my trans wasn't just rebuilt I would be worried.

This is the odometer stuck at a certain mile number and not able to rotate to show the additional mileage the car is running.
