Hi Gary, yes the Liberty trans will fit the SVX.
As far as the Twin turbo unit being the same? I doubt that it is exactly the same. Does it have VTD AWD or the Transfer AWD? The SVX has an extra clutch plate in the high clutch, that the non turbo doesn't.

Joe has a couple of Twin Turbo Legacys, he may know what the differences are. I think it was David in Brisbane that talked about getting a front cut? not sure.
