Manual Question Urgent

Hey everyone,
well i got the ra gears installed and picked up a new clutch. But the shift fork isnt lining up when the pin is slid through. Is there something that the shift fork sits on or is there a special way to get the shift fork to get aligned???Thanks for any and all help...

Alright well i got the clutch fork on/in, however i now realized i can't seem to find the bolt that secures the clutch line to the back of the slave cylinder. Is this just a normal bolt like a brake line bolt???Thanks for any and all help...
