front rotors
My front rotors are warped. I dont have the cash to replace them right now, but I was wondering, would it be possible to swap the front rotors with the rear?

nope, sorry - rear rotors have the mergency brake drum built into them for one thing.

If the rotors arent warped badley, you could switch to some harder pads, some semi mettals or something and those could maybe get rid of the warpage. I did this to a legacy and it worked great.

What are the condition of your pads? Get your rotors turned for like $10, and if you're pads are in ok condition, you'll be fine.
If the rotors are slightly wapred and your pads are worn as well, using the semi-metallic pad trick does work. These performance pads are much more abrasive than ordinary organic pads and will eventually 'smoothen' the surface of your rotors again. -Chike

You could also try what has worked for some - re-torque your rims to spec then do a couple high speed emergency stops. YMMV.
