No A/C after recharge.
My AC was cycling on and off (has been for 5 years) so i decided to get one of those do-it-yourself recharge bottles. I empied some of the contents of the bottle into the Low side port, and now my AC wont work at all. The compressor kicks on for only a few moments at a time then shuts back off. Does anybody know what happened?

Hey, Mike. My AC used to turn itself off all the time. The hotter it got outside, the less the AC worked. When I had my radiator out I cleaned the sucker off - it was coated in bugs and other debris. My SC has worked great since then.
Other than that, I have no idea what to tell you. The AC is about the only thing I don't fix myself.

Mike, you need to take some of the R134 out. I overcharged my system too when I did it. Just let some out until the compressor goes on and stays on. When it gets hotter out, you may need to take more out.
