Still leaking

I got a valve cover job but its still leaking. The shop said its the crank shaft seal, not sure but there is oil on top of the motor around the intake and I think its running down the back and dripping on the exhaust(smoking). I checked the oil today and found its a little past the full line. I guess the shop added oil and put to much. Could this be the source of my problems? I'm tired of spending money on this car

The crankcase breather could be blocked, to cause the leaks. A test to tell, is to remove the oil filler cap, with the engine idling, place the palm of your hand over the filler pipe, see if you can feel it sucking your hand down. If so the breather hoses are blocked at the air box, there should be no vacuum present.
