Power Window Relay / Breaker

Does anyone know the exact location of these items? Are they possibly located on the master window switch itself? Also, has anyone had either of these fail or needed replaced?

A buzzing noise was made when trying to use the windows/sunroof and then now nothing. I didn't see any wires under the seat corroded like some have suggested before which leads me to believe it is the relay or breaker? whatever that is for.

Ideas/suggestions?

This breaker is located underneath your driver seat, adjacent to the small hump in the floor. Its possible that the breaker itself is requiring replacement, but occasionally the wires leading to it become corroded as well.
