Subaru SVX LS-L with leather interior, sunroof, and rear spoiler. It has 155k miles. Most of the inherent problems of the SVX have been taken care of with this car, for instance: It has a transmission from a Nissan Pathfinder, which is identical to the stock unit, but doesn't have the fixed filter that caused the Subaru unit to fail. (installed 20k miles ago) Slotted and drilled front and rear rotors. New rear wheel bearings New rear struts New windshield New-ish tires with plenty of tread Also comes with a box of extra interior parts, including lightbulbs and assemblies. Comes with full-sized spare and car cover. For a 17 year old car, it's in remarkable shape, especially the interior. The exterior shows signs of parking next to jerks, but even then, it's not terribly apparent. I'm asking $3500 FIRM. Misinformation is a hell of a thing...
The pathfinder uses similar internals, I believe the planetary gearset is the same... Def. not the same transmission though b/c pathfinders were 4wd w/ a transfer case, not AWD Tom

If the bolt pattern is the same, i wonder if a 5 speed from a Pathfinder will fit the svx? I know, it has a transfer case, but just curious about it..

I don't think the bell housing bolt pattern is even close to being the same.

The guts are the same, maybe the valve body, but that's it. Bellhousing and tailshaft are totally different.
