'THEY' are out to get ME!!

I feel like the world is against me this year!!

WE were told at work that we are going to get some 'days off'..

The problem is that we cannot use vacation days, we just get a smaller check...

I am a guy that USED to get 65 hours per week for years. Now, I don't get 40!!

I had 'expanded' my debt to cover all the extra cash, so now the world is
falling apart!

I had a car in the garage that WAS almost ready to go home. I pulled it out of
the garage the other day to let it bake in the sun..... WELL, a windstorm
kicked up while I was at work and a BRANCH broke off of a tree and fell on the
car!! It put a dent in the front end, about 6 inches from the windshield,
directly in front of the drivers seat~!!
The branch proceeded to fall on the ROOF and scuff it, then fall over the
drivers side and scuff it up too!!

GRRRR!!

I have been a little 'OFF' of my normal, UP-BEAT self for about a week. (LACK
MOTIVATION, DRAGGING, BUMMED OUT).
I have pee'd away several really nice days wallowing in 'self pitty'...
I guess the neighbor's tree decided to 'test' me!!

OK!! The tree wins tonight!!

I went to the beer store and picked up a 30 pack of 'pick-me-up'>

I will be CONSUMING MASS QUANTITIES tonight!!
I will be drowning all that 'self pitty' in alcohol tonight!

TOMORROW!! I will do my BEST to alter my attitude!

I am a survivor!! I WILL get over it, but it sure has been a BAD year!!

Here, Here!!! Too bad i can't "legally" drown my bad times in alcohol yet. lol Things will get better. The best part of a crappy year is that when things do get better, they get great! Keep on keeping on

OK, I went out and 'inspected' the damage and came to the following conclusion.....

IF the branch would have flown 10 to 28 inches NORTH of impact, I would need to find another NEW windshield, IF the branch would have flown 30 to 70 inches north, I would be buying ANOTHER 'NEW' convertable top!

I guess the 'dent' and scuffs is the lesser of the potential 'EVILS' that I could have suffered!

Thank God that the branch hit something that could resist the attack!
