power steering boost

i noticed the other day when i had my car in the shop..i got to drive a Gm product home..and notice how much the power steering changed at different speeds.. now i have never drove another svx, so what im wondering is..can you feel the wheel get harder to turn at higher speeds? or is something screwed up in mine..i mean, it never really changes..or at least not like the chysler i drove...just wondering

Maybe it's a case of when it's engineered properly it's totally unobtrusive. Similar to a woman's makeup is right when it doesn't readily appear that she's wearing any. Tammy Faye needs help...
