I think it depends mostly on the driving habbits. Of course there are also some very dumb tires in the market, which can't hold any kind of driving , but just cheap.

It's a poor mechanic that blames his tools.

It's the driver's responsibility to know the limit of the tires on his/her car and to not exceed them.

True and exactly what the picture implies. Problem is still there though that the tires have a very low limit to exceed on a powerful performance oriented vehicle.

they are adequate, but weirdos like me prefer a performance summer tire and a dedicated snow tire. for 90% of the other folks, they are fine.

i can activate the ABS at will, so these craptacular RE-92's aren't cutting it. not only is handling diminished, but braking as well.
