I finally got it! I was turning it the right way the whole time (thanks to your instructions), it was just on VERY tight. I'll let you guys know if it helps the dipstick problem after I drive it for a day or so.

dipstick

Well the PCV valve replacement did not help the dipstick situation at all unfortunatly. The SVX is at the dealer right now; I think I will ask them about it tomorrow.
