I need to do some work on it, and was wondering whats the diameter of the exhust system stock, when it comes off the headers? I know this should be in the mod fourm but isent 2.5 inch when the pipes merge a good size to go for when you make one up, for alillte more performance?

I know some one has to know this. I went through and searched but could only find that it is around 1.5 inches.

Not sure but isnt an Inch increase pretty substantial for just a stock car ? Or is yours modified? Just curious as well b/c since the 5spd swap my exhaust is sitting right on my crossmember and it vibrates and sounds like a riced out civic...:*( Not good.So i too need to know the correct size for best performance all around as well.
