>shrug< I dunno man. After spending that much $ you might as well keep it. Get some nitrous and have some fun. IT would suck to sell it right after you made it super reliable.

assuming a $400/mo car payment, the $3000 you've spent on the SVX is only 7.5 car payments. you're sure to have more than that. if you get another used car that just means more problems to sort out - the SVX is almost the way you want it, right?

Actually Solar, after you finish replacing the tranny, and maybe get a new engine and paintjob, sell it to me. I'll give you 4k for it. ;D

If you get rid of the SVX to get another car, you will not know what's wrong with that car. It could have more problems. At least you KNOW what's wrong with the SVX and what's been fixed. And it's silver. Keep her man.

I thought about selling about 3 weeks ago, I even posted in the for sale forum. Then I thought about it, and what other car can you get for the price that is even half as cool and still reliable? 3000GT nope, their trannies are worse than ours...300zx, less reliable than a GT...I narrowed it down to either my car or a 98 Accord EX V6 Coupe (only about double the price of my car)...so I kept it

Why would you want an accord? Nothing wrong with them but they are all over the place. But SVX does have it's downs though.

Well I always liked the way the V6 Coupe looks, and reliability wise it can't be beat. I figured if I was going to get rid of my car for something more reliable, it better be REAL reliable.
