Coming from a TIG welder that is some nice ****, but WOW that's a lot of heat. Hate to see the bleed through. He posts on here, so who is this guy?

The brackets he used to fab the headers are those of smallcar's
I know that because I've also got them.

reading that thread, he said hed make conversion kits for the porsche guys if there were enough serious inquiries. so im sure hed make a few sets of headers. for the right money. and i dont think theyd be cheap. n

ha, found the guy, hes got a good amount of posts and threads on the forum here, and even had a thread about the headers. great craftmanship. 1000 for the set when he posted earlyer this year. if only i had tons of money

They aren't stainless so the heat transfer (the range of the blue coloration) is normal. They are full penetration welds, with no excessive heat. I offered to make some of these but didn't get enough interest (because of the cost of custom parts like this) so I didn't pursuit them any further.

Not enough room in the ass end of the 911 for equal length. Also, when you build "equal length" headers for the EG33, you have to take into account the un-equal length of the exhaust ports in the heads.

They were done before by svxfiles, check his locker for pictures
