Timing belt misaligned?

I think I may have just figured something out. My car just got out of the shop (a long story that many of you hav heard), but while it was in there it got a new timing belt. Now, when I start my SVX, all of the warning lights except for CEL and airbag go off way too soon. Essentially, as you turn the key, they light up and "pulse" while it cranks, but then are immediatley gone the second that it catches. Before it went into the shop, the lights would all stay on for a second or 2 after it caught, doing their diagnosis, and then all go out. Also, my CEL codes have come back (34 and 37) but I havent had a CEL light yet. Im thinking that the shop misaligned the timing belt, and that is causing my 02 sensor and EGR solenoid codes to trip, because the engine is mis-timed. Any thought?

if the drivability isn't different, its not the timing belt. the car will not run correct if the timing belt is off.
