tranny cooler
I hear all the talk of a tranny cooler, where and what's the best price on one and is it easy to install myself? Also, what's the thought of when to change and flush the tranny oil (every ##,### miles?) I will also start using synthetic oil. I had a 90000 mile check done last October so I will have to go back to my records and see what fluid they used.

B&M or Hayden, plate-type, generally $35 - $50 depending on where you get it. 16,000 - 19,000 GVWR seem to be the most popular sizes. You can get them lots of places, including online (Autozone, Pep Boys, JC Whitney, Checker, etc.).
Easy to install yourself, especially if you take the easy way out and sandwich it between the A/C condenser and the radiator. That cuts down on the efficiency, but it's lots easier than trying to put it in front of the condensor. Lots of discussion about running it in series with the stock cooler vs parallel. Both sides have good points.
