Dude, would you really want to answer the question "Why did I feed my dog my penis?"

That really REALLY sucked... I feel sorry for him... Unless he was doing something to the dog that he shouldn't have been doing...

"Shortly after the attack Monday, Gov. Bill Richardson released a statement saying he would proposed legislation next year aimed at holding owners of dangerous dogs accountable for their pets. "

How can they punish this guy beyond what he's been through?

Well, Mr. Dumass, it has come to our attention that you allowed your dog to run free after the accident, what were you thinking?
It also seems that you have littered our park, pick that up will you? Oh, we cant forget to fine you for impropper disposal of medical waste. Now fleeing the police, for that we're going to put you in the "slammer" for a while. Dont worry, you could become quite popular. How did it get the name " slammer", we'll just let some of the innmates explain it, they don't get much company. Have a nice day.

BTW, the S.P.C.A. and they want you to pay for the psychological rehabilitation of that poor dog, how can he face his friends, now.

I am a pessimistic optimistic. I think the worst is going to happen, that way when it does, i don't feel as bad, but if the best happens, i am twice as happy.
