06 Impreza, the real deal.

Let me just show you the pics and you decide for yourself.

Thank the folks at NASIOC for being the first to jump on an article reported by http://subarunews.net/. Btw, if anyone has or creates an account on this page, would they be kind enough to fill it out here? Warning, this website's purpose is so people can go into website's using others' volunteered accounts so they do not have to register themselves.

Here is the late 2005 facelift for the Legacy as well as the 2005 Legacy Blitzen, thanks once more to Subarunews. I guess you can say for some of you, it is something to ease your eyes a bit.

apparently Subarunews is not really based on factual information.

that is not a facelift for the Legacy - it was a design study. that grille is available in Europe and Japan as an accessory - you can buy it right now from a dealer.

the wagon is just the JDM 3.0R wagon.

that *is* the latest Blitzen.

i could be wrong, but there is no official STi Legacy - the one in the pics was just "tuned by STi."

I think it looks great. Definitely a new design direction, but at least it's only the front.
Looks less childish.

Taillights = teh suxors

Roof wing = teh lame

Grille = meh

Final Judgement: a bit better than the '04/'05, but still not in the league of a bugeye or GC8. But, I'm still hoping that this will be the rumored all-new '07 Impreza:

If so, I know what my next car will be.
