Kelli,

I just read Ron's post 10 times and I still don't get it. Maybe, I'm just dense. Clue me in.

Old names....new bodies

<THERE AIN'T GONNA BE A NEW SVX !!! >

I agree completely. Before long people will be thinking that the Impala or the Malibu names will be used again. The Thunderbird will rise from the ashes!

What is next....Chrysler will make a hemi again? Don

(...well...actually...)

I don't get it either, Larry, but not by choice.
(another guy thing)

Go ask Rosie for help. I'm sure her background in English nuance will be of benefit. Or.... she may just slap you upside 'yo haid for a good wake-up.

Second,

Nick. I think that picture of the Borrego is ugly. It looks like a bad copy of an Audi TT which I also don't care for. GM used to have such great stylists. What has happened to that company?
Nice picture Lwin,
Part of me felt like someones attention was grabbed by the 10th SVX meet in Layfayette.. I can hope that maybe a limited number of SVx's would be produced again ( one day).. If not, then it's being thought of..

Atleast now the price would be fitting around some of the other line up's... maybe not so fitting to my bank account.. Maybe if they brought the body back, but added those other features that never made it off the concept car.. Like navigation... WHich is a feature rolling out in many other car companies line up.

THe TT looking like THING, is well ugly. I wouldn't drop a single penny for it..
THe only down fall of another SVX is... What if they market the car this time and Tell everyone..

The " what kind of car is that question" always cracks me up..

ok so it's a dream.... not a bad one.. True suby lost some cash on the SVX along with the owners..

Gone are the names Thunderbird, continental, camero to name a few. The thunderbird can come back, after all this was suppose to be a limited production.. Or good excuse for FOrd to ask for MO money! mo money, for what was a family car just a few years back.

too bad Suby won't do it again.. At least if they did , I feel very confident the tranny problem would be FIXED.... svx99

yes, and everyone with an original svx could bring their car in and swap their tranny out for their choice of reliable auto or 5/6spd manual free of charge. That would be very nice.
