Some advice please? = )

Well the time has finally come to whip my SVX into shape. Since I have one of the euro bumpers I have some questions to those who have them/those who know an answer. What foglights fit into the fog light holes well, and is there anyway to make them come on by hitting the foglight switch/always be on? Also what are some grill options for the front opening...or should I even put a grill on?

Help me find the perfect white for my car, it will soon be painted.

why don't you go to an accessories shop and try them out before buying? the grill, the foglights...

If you mean when you switch your headlights off, the foglights turn off, all you need to do is bypass the headlight circuit. IMHO if you aren't proficient with electronics I wouldn't mess about with it.

However;
The cleverest way is to fit a three-way rocker style switch into your blank hole you probably have for the parking lights. (Down below the steering wheel, the little switch that puts on your parking lights - is there a blank there that you can take out and fit a switch?)

Places like RadioShack (we don't have RS, but have similar stores) should have a three-way: a switch that has has an "up", a "centre" and a "down".

Simply piggyback the existing circuit into this switch (headlight off = fog off) for the "down" position, and add a second set of wiring that simply bypasses the headlight circuit (so it's an always on) and have that for the "centre". Then the "up" can be off.

This way you aren't chopping anything. All you are doing is adding the ability to select how you want to behave.

The other thing you should check out is how many lights can be on at once when driving. In Washington State, you can only have 4 lights showing at once. If you have 6, it is illegal. Many people will switch them on and off when there is no traffic on the road so they can see better. That is what I do or not put on my foglights next to the headlights so only 4 will be on.
