i havent a clue. i know how you feel though i want through the same thing with half life 2 but it was damn sure wourth the wait. i saw some screen shots of tracks and cars with the same prospective live photos of the tracks and its hard to tell which is the game and which is real. but the question is will it look that good running on a ps2.

Graphic actually gets slow when many cars are on the screen at same time. When they show times/records after the race, it gets shakey and can't even read sometimes. These things didn't happen in GT3..

I thought I have waited too long, but when I played it, I was like, "wow they made this game in 3 years??"

This game has good depth, but no SVX.

I think that ever since GT2 was released they've been having problems with the reliability of the SVX transmissions and wheel bearings hence why it was also missing from GT3.

i have no idea it looks like ours in the front end with similar headlights and it has the sheild shaped hood emblem but the grill is slightly diferent (from euro specs) and the windows are not svx.

Not to put false hope into people, but a list of cars i saw had the SVX on it. When I saw it I wondered what it was (I had never heard of it until then) and I know own one and am looking forword to driving one in GT4...and if not at least we have the pleasure of using one in real life.

does anyone know whats up with this "cell" chip i keep hearing about? it 8 cores at 65 nm and can support 16!!!! its going to be in the ps3. to be able to take it apart and study the chip would be reason enough to buy ps3 for me. but i like the science stuff.
