I contacted the seller. He's a member here and is currently fixing up and restoring his SVX.
I don't think the spoiler is fixed to the car, just resting there for the photo. It doesn't look too bad though. From some angles it looks like the spoiler on the SVX prototype.

Hiya,
Its deffo not a Skyline R33 GTR Spoiler, they have a planed wing and end plates on the verticals with GTR and are removable. Doesnt even look like a standard R33 GTS spoiler, either way it looks bloody horrid and best left off of any car Darren
