Re: ECUtune Stage III development

I little OT, but I am thinking of going to stage 2 on my chip.
I have the maf and the injectors, but where can I get the injector clips?
and do you still sell the stage 2 chips?

Re: ECUtune Stage III development

I do. If you order one put a note in the paypal transaction asking me to send you the aggressive version instead of 2v7 and I will.

If you search immortalsubies posts you should find some posts and pictures on how to use the injectors without changing your plastic clips. He dremels off one of the alignment barbs on the injectors or something.

Michael,
Is there something out there better than the 2v7 nitrous version?
Currently not running the system, and curious if there is a more aggressive set of chips I can go to.

Here you go.

I cut the whole thing back shorter, bend the prongs slightly upward, and then dremel off one of the ribs and the svx harness snaps right on.

Re: ECUtune Stage III development

Not officially yet. I've ported the stage1Av1 fuel and timing maps over to the stage 2 software and expect to see the same performance improvements as we saw in the stage 1 software. I also expect cars with forced induction to see big improvements with this version since it avoids any complications from depending on the knock sensors to seek knock and add in a reasonable amount of ignition advance.

It's untested as of yet. Bill is the only one I've supplied it to and I don't know if he's even run it yet.

mikecg has an ECUTune SVX for sale...
sicksubie has one,
LetItSnow has one, the one that used to belong to YT,
LAN has one,
there are other kits out there, but I am not sure if they have been installed.
If I have forgotten someone, here in The States, I appologise.
I beleive that Desert Runner owns one but has not installed it yet...
If you want a kit send me a PM and I will see what I can do.

Are these superchargers for sale? Anyone have a lead on one? I know this is an old thread... Thought I would try anyway.

Re: ECUtune Stage III development

Hey folks. I bough the ECUTUNE chip from "the site" about 6 months ago. It doesn't work, throttle goes from nothing to full throttle. They want me to send it back to check it, but I thought I would ask here first. I replaced my TPS, so that's not the issue. Anyone else have an idea of why the throttle would go from nothing to WOT?
