Red face Blower motor removal

Hi all,
My heater blower motor has gotten noisy and erratic in operation. Manual says to remove glovebox assembly. Before I get upside down, has anyone who has done this before have any good advice ? Does the glovebox have to come out? It looks like the scres could be accessed without removing glovebox...

Remove the glovebox. U wont have to be that upside down if u do.
I am sure it COULD BE removed without taking out the glove box.
But it will be making things harder on yourself.
It is very easy to do with the glove box out.
