Why one bank is running lean other rich

I think I have a bad injector but would like advise, Left bank is really lean and the O2 sensor keeps giving error even when changed. Right bank is flooding. Every now and then the car is missing down low and as you speed up then all of a sudden it takes off. Just like an injector is sticking on.
Any suggestions will be appricated.

Is it possible that the wires for the O2 sensors are crossed over: Left to Right and Right to Left?

Hi Tony i have seen in turbo libertys that there is a inherent design flaw that allows one side of the engine to get less fuel than the other, because the releif valve is one the end of the circuit on the engine one cylinder runs out of fuel and goes lean usually killing the piston, they cure that by making parallel fuel rails with inlets on each side, this is usually for higher hp engines or there could be a problem with your pump?

Try running a tank or 2 of TECHRON injector cleaner, they sell it at Walmart, Advance Auto etc. It has worked wonders for me a few times.

Install a fuel pressure gage in between the filter and the engine. Fuel pressure should not drop with the ignition off. I'd suspect lower o-rings before the injectors themselves(unless you are trying to use the known clogged injectors).

No Cats. Michael I think you are right about lower o ring. I will try the pressure guage (its not know blocked injectors). I will check some of the other suggestions as well.

Sorry didn't see the question,
Yes it was old age with injectors, I replaced them and all the carzy code problem on O2's went away as well.
Interesting thing it was amazing how much power increase I got from changing the injector. I had a old set that came from Mike and when I installed them only a couple were working. Poured injector cleaner in the tank and slowly over the next 2 days they all cleaned up and fired up. Was pretty funny driving around for 2 day on 3 cyclinder with the other 3 deciding to run at random.
Goes like a stung cat now.
