Question Torque specs for rear converter

Hey and howdy,

Any kind soul with a service manual I'm seeking the torque specs for the rear cat converter for a '92 SVX. 4 special bolts w/springs on them. #15 shown here at Subaruparts.com:

When you torque them bolts, make sure the nut bottoms out on the shoulder of the bolt. The springs are a lot stronger when they are new.
