I have never had them tell me they are out of stock... I ordered a set for Sicksubie a month ago and got them the next day... They must like me more

I guess they just hate me then, called them at the begining of last month. It always sounds like the same girl, maybe it is just the way she handles sales?

If the WRX/STI mounts work with our cars, then couldn't we use aftermarket WRX/STI mounts too?

can anyone tell if the Group N mounts are shorter than the stock SVX motor mounts? i'm looking for a set of motor mounts that are shorter than the stock ones as the project motor is slightly hitting the hood. maybe a 1/2 inch shorter would be great. thanks

groupN mounts on the stock brackets are 1/4" lower but the mount and the bracket need to be cut and ground

I cant find the site right now, I will post it later but i got my GroupN engine mounts and tranny mounts and the STI pitch from then. all if it just bolted in. I did not measure the engine clearance but did not notice any change.

I used oem sti mounts and it raised the engine 1/4 to 1/2 inch. I used them with the sti brackets. Are the svx brackets shorter?

The SVX brackets are made to work with the SVX mounts. The mounts are 1/4" taller in body. So using the sti mounts in the stock brackets with a 1/4" spacer, it will sit in the stock location. Without the spacer, it will drop the 1/4" or maybe more depending on the geometry, which is useful for guys who need hood clearance like the stage 3 guys and svxpert
