No pre-outs on factory stereo. You would need a converter from speaker level to RCA unless the Basslink already has it built in.

Looks like the Basslink has high level inputs so you should be able to splice into the rear speaker wires or disconnect the rear speakers and direct them to the Basslink instead.

If you really want to you could also splice into both front and rear speakers.

Where is the best place to put the Basslink Sub? Left side in the corner? Trying to avoid drilling a hole in the gas tank area.
Help

subs supposedly sound best when firing into a corner - try moving it to different spots to see that sounds best to you.

i think if you applied some adhesive velcro strips to the bottom of the Basslink that it won't move in your trunk. also it will be easy to remove if should need some extra cargo space. i don't think you need to do any drilling.

I finally, got my basslink hook-up and it sound great in the SVX with a Sony S2000 Reciever. Plus, the velcro worked perfectly.

I just purchased a used Basslink and it came with no brackets or wires. How's the velcro mounting solution holding up? Can you post some pics of how and where you mounted it? Anything you'd do differently?
