EG33 - 83k miles out of a '92 - $600 OBO in Houston TX

**REDUCED TO $400!**

Just pulled this motor from my 1992 SVX to replace with one that was rebuilt out of my wrecked '94. I've got a cherry picker to put the motor into a pickup, or you can arrange a shipping company to get it. Located in Houston, TX

The Good:
- Was in great running condition when pulled - I bought the car in Austin and drove it home. No knocking or odd noises.
- Only has 83k miles on it
- Motor has been in Texas all of its life
- HARNESS AND ECU ARE AVAILABLE - You just need to take them out of the car. (if you're local)
- Comes with Power Steering Pump and A/C compressor
- All belts recently done, in great condition

The Bad:
- Valve cover gaskets and front main seal need replacing (leaking a little)
- Will need new rubber hoses - the ones on it are a bit hard
- No Alternator
- Power Steering Pump works, but was making a bit of noise prior to removal. Suggest replacement.
- Coil packs look like they're cracking a bit. Still function, just being completely honest.

Hi there,

I'm really interested in the engine you have for sale from your '92 however I live in Ontario, Canada so that makes it difficult in every way haha. How do you think shipping would work in this kind of situation? Would it be expensive? It's nearly impossible to find one in Canada so I'm forced to look abroad. I'm a pretty young guy so I'm pretty naive. Any thoughts? Much appreciated.

Shipping would easily exceed the price of the motor.

I got a low mileage JDM engine in Toronto last summer from a place that imports them. They had about 300 Japanese engines.
I got the last one they had on hand but he said they were getting more. I'll look up the contact information for you.

If it's still around in July, I know I'll take it off your hands since I'll be down visiting family. Otherwise, I may just have to find a car or 2 to buy down that way.

It was great to see you again and meet your kitty cats (btw: just bought a 7ft cat tower made by a local san antonio fellow and they love it).

I really want that windshield though! It's the second mismatched bronze windshield I've seen. Now, I know we ran out of bronze windshields.
