DCCD controler

Whats the full story on the DCCD controller. Will it work at all on an SVX with manual swap?

As I recall, TomSVX is working on this... I think he's the first to try?

It won't work on trannies not designed for it. eg. USDM WRX 5spd.

DCCD = Driver controlled Center Differential

So I would think if your tranny has no center differential, there's no way you can do anything to have DCCD feauture unless you swap in a tranny (such as STi's) that's this feacture to begin with...

I realize you need to have the correct tranny. What I was wondering was if the Subaru DCCD controller could be hooked up and the various yaw, angle, lateral G force, parking brake, ABS sensors could be retrofitted to an SVX and be fully functional. I know there are some experimental after market controllers out there like the one TomsSVX is trying, but they do not use all the sensors.

My $30 Veleman works great... I keep it off when I don't want it and I can adjust it accordingly when I race... If I wanted the split to be automated... I would have kept the automatic.
