Power window cable routing?

I changed the sleeve lock regulator for the drivers side window & all worked fine for 2 weeks. Now, the cable that runs the door up / down is off the pulley wheels, so no window control. Is there a picture or diagram that might show the correct installation? The upper end has the small plastic "guide" & the cable can readily be put back on there but can't get enough tension in it so comes off again. Should there be a similar guide at the lower cable? Didn't see anything ?? Thanks for any ideas or reference illustrations!

Thanks Immortal Suby. Well, ain't gonna be simple. Apparently I didn't have the cable tensioned when I was replacing the sleeve lock. Cable has wound around the motor shaft (off the drum for sure) inside the housing and the 3 screws are not budging with the biggest driver I can put to them Probably kinked the cable too so little hope of repair. Better start looking for a replacement assy, this thing is hosed and a service shop repair is out of the question($$). Was going to park it til next spring anyway. Probably a reliable assembly unless you aren't careful with all the plastic guides and get some slack. If you do, good luck.

Shortly after I bought my svx I had that happen also. I repaired it with a bicycle brake cable and it lasted for a few years but I remember it taking hours to get that cable wound up right. The easiest route is to find a whole window regulator (minus the motor since yours is working) on ebay or from a part out. They swap in pretty easy.
