MAF bypass??

I'm not sure I understand your purpose behind doing this?

typically those breather valves are used by people who install cold-air intakes with filters that reside close to the ground, in order to prevent hydrolocking the engine should the filter become submersed in water. What do you mean by 'maxing out the MAF'?
