Help - Odd noise

I have an issue with my car that may or may not be anything. When I turn my ignition to accessory everything works fine, but my engine area makes this odd sounding click. The best way to describe it like a constant bug zap from a bug lamp. It seems to be coming from the general area of where ABS pump or whatever that is, is located. My ABS light is on, and my radiator is bad, and im replacing the whole thing, and the siezed fans. Any suggestions or is this normal? I dont think i ever noticed this before.

My power steering pump makes that sound. And, the power steering pump is in the general vicinity of the ABS thingy. With mine, if I start the car with the hood open, I can hear it. Then if I turn the steering wheel at all, it goes away. I'm not sure if this is an indication of a bad PS pump, but I'm really not worried about it (and no, it's not my o-ring. I recently replaced that with OEM).

Does this happen when the engine is running, or just in the on position? It's probably just an ignition coil priming. They tend to sound like that when the car is just in the on position and not running.

Oh, yea...guess you never said the engine was running. LOL.

But, my car does that also. I have no idea what it is, but I'm not at all worried about it.
