Engine specs *desparately* needed!!!

With the purchace of a second SVX, the engine work portion of Project: X35-R has been kicked into high gear. I've been looking for several pieces of info about the H-6 so I can run my numbers and save some time (and expense) when I find a shop to do the work. Here's what I need...

-rod length (center to center)
-int/exh valve head and stem diamater
-int/exh port dimensions (rough shape and/or area of opening)
-any cam info availible (lift, lobe separation, etc...)

I know there's a couple of specs available in the shop manual (found em' already) but they're not much help in a performance build-up. Anybody have this info or know of a reliable source with such info, I'd greatly appreciate it.
