I think before I do anything I'd like to hear from a few more folks. If I remember reading the thread correctly, there were some people that had already taken the day off to get to Rockford. I'd hate to ruin that for them. I suppose we could have both events theoretically but I think that might be too much SVX'n for such a short period of time.

So the rest of you, please let me know what you think, we'll see what everyone says and go from there.

I guess we need to see people re-confirm at this point. With as much confusion as there has been, I'm doubting half the people in the list are coming.

Myself... well things are up in the air for me too, so I'm going to have to fall back to an "if possible" as well. Basically just so much going on (see my other thread over in "Babble") that I can't figure out what's going on.

I'd still love to make it... and believe me I'll try... but from my perspective it look like this one has crumbled through lack of management.

Please, everyone reconfirm... if enough people are already making it, it will encourage me to push harder to make it myself

Either way I have "permission" from the "boss" to go to a meet (whenever or wherever that will be), come hell or high water I will be there.

Doug and myself will be there. I will be there in my Mitsubishi for the second time to the midwest meet. I am not trying to make it a tradition but... It's the people that counts.

Unfortunately, I'm confirming that I won't be there.

There's still no set place to meet, no rooms at the suggested site, that's enough for me.

Some personal stuff has come up which has just compounded upon my work issues... and I just can't break away now to go

Sorry to all for the short notice, but needs must when the devil drives.

Maybe we can all put together another meet later in the year? Maybe in/around St. Louis?

Hmm... got another idea... in Illinois... some good photo opps...

I'll start putting ideas together, and I'll post details when I have more...

I could see it coming all week, but the realisation finally came last night. I have to be in work on Saturday (and possibly Sunday)

That means I'm out of the meet.

Guys,

I REALLY wanted to go but since its Friday and we have not yet settled on a place in Rockford or a time to meet, I have no choice but to officially pull out of this. I'm sure you're all disappointed

I don't want to drive all the way out to Rockford not knowing where to go or at what time we're meeting. Please let me know when the the next one will be I will be therw as long as we have a meeting place confirmed at least a day in advance.
